Served as Project Managers for a tribal road repair project involving pulverizing, grading, and placing new asphalt across key roadway sections. Acting on behalf of the Tribe, our team managed RFP development, budgeting, contractor coordination, and progress reporting to ensure the project met all technical and financial requirements.
